Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter together in a separate bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Heat a pan to 350°F (about 175°C).
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form. Then flip and cook until golden brown.
